Customer data is stored in AWS Sydney (Australia); AI processing currently occurs in the United States under enterprise agreements, with Zero Data Retention in progress. Our ISMS is aligned to the ISO 27001:2022 standard (certification in progress) and we are committed to the highest standards of data protection.
